Welcome to Vylos! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vylos mobile application (the "App") operated by Vylos Solutions, Inc. ("Vylos," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Vylos is a wellness and lifestyle application that connects to Dexcom CGM devices to calculate a daily score (the "Vylos Vibe Score") and provides gamification features including streaks, achievements, social leaderboards, points, and redeemable rewards.
Vylos is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Vylos Vibe Score is for motivational and informational purposes only and should not be used to make medical decisions. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical advice.
The App integrates with the Dexcom API to access your CGM data with your permission. Vylos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dexcom, Inc. Your use of Dexcom products and services is governed by Dexcom's own terms and conditions. You may disconnect your Dexcom account from Vylos at any time through the App's Settings.
Vylos offers a points-based rewards program. Points are earned through daily scores, streaks, achievements, and other activities within the App. Points:

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vylos Solutions, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Vylos name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Vylos Solutions, Inc.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Vylos does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Vylos is not a medical device and makes no warranties regarding health outcomes. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vylos Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any accumulated points that have not been redeemed will be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
