Which CGMs does Vylos work with?
Vylos reads CGM data from Apple Health. The beta is currently for iPhone with Dexcom G6, G7 or ONE+.
How should I read the Vybe Score?
The Vybe Score is a daily score, not a clinical measure. A day with too much time low can't be rated Excellent, whatever the number, and a good score doesn't mean your lows were safe. If your sensor didn't cover enough of the day, Vylos shows no score.
Will Vylos warn me about lows or highs?
No. Vylos has no alerts, and Dexcom data reaches Apple Health about 3 hours late. Keep using your CGM app and its alerts.
Is Vylos medical advice?
No. The Vybe Score is a daily score, not a clinical measure, and Vylos doesn't tell you what to do about your diabetes. Never change insulin, food or treatment to raise your score.
Where is my data kept?
Your scores, Points, streak and day notes are kept on your iPhone, and your individual readings never go to our servers. Our servers hold your account. If you're a tester who chose to share, they also hold what you shared, such as each day's score and average glucose. Until our next test version, your iPhone's own backups may include your scores and daily figures. See the privacy policy.
