Open Vylos, go to Settings, and tap "Connect Dexcom." You'll be redirected to Dexcom's secure login page to authorize access. Vylos will automatically start calculating your daily Vibe Score once connected.
Your Vylos Vibe Score is a daily number from 0-100 based on your glucose metrics including time in range, glucose variability, and GMI. Higher scores mean better glucose management that day. Scores are categorized as Excellent (80+), Good (60-79), Fair (40-59), or Needs Work (below 40).
Yes. Your raw glucose data is processed entirely on your device. Only aggregated score metrics are synced to our servers. We never store your individual glucose readings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You earn points from daily scores (25-100 points based on your tier), streak bonuses, and achievements. Visit the Rewards tab in the app to browse available rewards and redeem your points for gift cards from Amazon, Starbucks, REI, and more.
Go to the Social tab, tap "Add Friend," and search by username. Once they accept your request, you'll see each other on the leaderboard and activity feed. You can also send kudos to celebrate their daily scores.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@myvylos.com. We will process your request and remove all associated data within 30 days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
