Vylos is looking for adults with an iPhone and a Dexcom G6, G7 or ONE+ to try it and share feedback. See Join the Beta.

Vylos reads glucose from Apple Health. During testing it works with Dexcom G6, G7 and ONE+. First, turn on Apple Health sharing in the Dexcom app. Then open Vylos and allow access to Blood Glucose when setup asks. Dexcom data reaches Apple Health about 3 hours late, so Vylos isn't real-time. Your first score usually appears the next day.

Your Vybe Score is a number from 0 to 100 for each full day, worked out from your CGM data once the day is over. It combines four parts: Time in Range, Lows, Highs and Variability. Scores are grouped as Excellent (80+), Good (60–79), Fair (40–59) or Needs Work (below 40). A day with too much time low can't be rated Excellent, whatever the number. These groups are a Vylos design choice for motivation. They aren't a clinical assessment and haven't been clinically validated.

Vylos reads your readings from Apple Health and works out your score on your iPhone. Your scores, Points and streak are kept on your phone, and your individual readings never go to our servers. Our servers hold your account (your email, display name and username). If you join the testing program, you can choose to share how you use the app and your daily results, which include your score and average glucose. Both are optional. Until our next test version, your iPhone's own backups may include your scores and daily figures. See our Privacy Policy.

You earn Points for every day Vylos can score from your sensor data, whatever the score. You get extra Points for your streak, for Good or Excellent days, and for achievements. A day without enough sensor data earns no Points and pauses your streak.

Show up. Earn Points. Build a streak. Every day Vylos can score, you earn Vylos Points, good day or tough day. Build streaks, unlock achievements and level up. Rewards are coming. Points have no cash value. Rewards aren't available yet, and details will be announced.

Not yet. Friends and leaderboards aren't available in Vylos.

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. You can also email privacy@myvylos.com, and we'll delete your account within 30 days.
